Je m'appelle Bernadette. J'ai décidé de prendre un climatiseur parce qu'après les trois canicules, c'était plus supportable dans l'appartement. Donc j'ai décidé de louer pour voir ce que ça donne. Au lieu d'aller en acheter un, c'est beaucoup plus supportable parce que là on peut respirer. Avant je pouvais plus respirer, j'étais complètement essoufflée. Déjà vu mon âge. Lors de la livraison, deux jeunes hommes sont venus. "Bonjour madame, on vous installe votre clim." Ils ont fait le nécessaire. C'était pas très long, à peu près une une quinzaine de minutes. J'étais vraiment étonnée. Ils me l'ont fait marcher, m'ont expliqué comment ça marche et puis voilà. C'est très facile à utiliser. On appuie sur les boutons, on règle. Le service client est très rapide, on appelle, on vous répond. J'étais satisfaite.
